Notes:
- PLW Alumni Amazin' Jay, Macho Kid and Daedilus Dimmak were in attendance.
- When the referee was knocked-out in the world title match, Amazin' Jay ran in the ring to help officiate the match (he still had a valid referee's license on file with PLW officials from years ago).  Rumor has it that Jay was thinking of returning to the ring and making a run for his third PLW world title.  He thought Dr. Heresy would be easier to defeat, so he superkicked de Santo so that Heresy would retain the title.
- The logo uses a colon (:) after 2001, and contains the line "a wrestling odyssey", a take on the movie title 2001: A Space Odyssey.
