The Score (MCAS & SAT) Notes: - Jarrod Drew was killed in an accident on Interstate 495 in Massachusetts. He was a brother to X-Foundation member Ryan Waters. Ryan organized the event to raise money for a memorial fund in his brother's name. - This is one of the most successful fundraising events, raising over $2,000 for the fund. - The Power-Fest 2004 logo contains the phrase "City of Champions", Brockton's nickname.

Ryan Waters climbed the turnbuckles to thank those in attendance. The event was for a memorial fund in his brother's name.

Derik Destiny pinned Dr. Heresy and won the PLW World Championship, even with Kid Krazy in the ring and the outside
interference from Maniacal Mark.
